What is branding, anyway? It includes things like your logo, slogan, signage, color scheme, and tone. But these aren’t where branding begins.

The most important approach to effective branding starts with investigating who your brand is. Here are some of the questions we ask:

  • What makes up your core identity as a brand? What makes you different (and better) than your competitors?
  • Who is your target market? Do you serve a niche?
  • What do customers need from you? What problems do you solve for them?
  • What’s your approach to customer service and interaction?
  • What do you want customers to get out of their first experience with you?
  • What is the ideal end result of an interaction with a customer, both for you and them?

Once you know (at least in part) the answers to these questions, we can build an attractive and lasting brand together.

User Experience

Users should be able to go from any page on your website to any other page within three clicks. 

We shoot for two.

Appearance

We have to admit, this is our favorite part. While in the process of branding and user experience strategy, we also discuss and implement your aesthetic. Here is where the paint hits the canvas and we display the visible personality of your brand.

Fonts, colors, animations, shadows, images, everything down to how the button responds to hover are all carefully selected to fit your brand and help you reach customers.

We consider the psychology of aesthetic elements of your website, how colors affect the psyche, how proportion and Vitruvius’ Theory creates a pleasant experience, and when to break conventions to fit your style.
